Training & Development Executive

Position: Training & Development Executive

Location: Nazimabad

Job Type: Full-Time

Working Hours: Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated Training & Development Executive with 1–2 years of HR experience to support the planning and execution of learning initiatives. The role focuses on enhancing employee skills, improving performance, and supporting organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and coordinate training programs, workshops, and onboarding sessions for employees.
  • Maintain accurate training records, reports, and documentation.
  • Assist in assessing training needs and implementing programs aligned with business objectives.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of learning initiatives and gather feedback from participants.
  • Work closely with internal teams and external training providers to deliver learning solutions.
  • Support initiatives that enhance employee engagement and professional development.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in HR or training and development.
  • Understanding of training needs assessment, learning methodologies, and HR practices.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
