Job Title: Order & Technician Coordination

Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual for the Order & Technician Coordination role. The candidate will be responsible for managing daily orders, assigning tasks to field technicians, tracking job status, and ensuring smooth operational workflow until job completion.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily customer orders through software/system
  • Assign jobs to field technicians based on availability
  • Coordinate and track work status until completion
  • Update customers on job progress and timing
  • Maintain proper documentation, job closing, and reporting
  • Coordinate with Operations and Accounts teams
  • Ensure timely resolution of customer queries and issues

Requirements:

  • Strong communication & coordination skills
  • Basic computer skills (Excel, WhatsApp, Calls)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment
  • Prior experience in service operations or technician handling (preferred)

Location:

  • Lahore (On-site)
