Operations Coordinator - PJ / 1812396

Our client ROZEE.PK is looking for a Operations Coordinator in Lahore.

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Coordinator to support daily administrative and operational activities. The ideal candidate will manage communications, office logistics, scheduling, and basic financial and facility tasks to ensure smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and respond to company emails and ensure timely communication with clients and internal teams.
  • Handle social media direct messages (DMs) and coordinate responses or escalate queries when required.
  • Coordinate office logistics including supplies, deliveries, and operational arrangements.
  • Maintain and manage calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules.
  • Handle petty cash management and maintain accurate expense records.
  • Perform receptionist duties including welcoming visitors, answering calls, and front-desk support.
  • Oversee basic office maintenance and coordinate with vendors/service providers when needed.
  • Prepare, process, and track invoices and related documentation.
  • Manage employee attendance and biometric records.
