Back-Office Support Coordinator (International Real Estate)

Are you a fresh graduate with exceptional English skills looking for a professional start? Asapp Studio is hiring a Back Office Support Coordinator to support our international real estate operations. This is a 100% administrative role with NO sales, NO cold calling, and NO targets.

Your Daily Responsibilities:

  • Documentation: Managing and accurately filling out international real estate forms.
  • Workflow Support: Tracking daily administrative tasks and ensuring smooth coordination.
  • Information Management: Data entry and maintaining high-quality records for our global clients.
  • Professional Emailing: Handling internal and external coordination in English.

Job Perks & Details:

  • Salary: PKR 40,000 – 55,000 per month.
  • Timings: 06:00 PM to 03:00 AM (Fixed Night Shift).
  • Work Week: Monday to Friday (Saturday/Sunday Off).
  • Location: Johar Town, Lahore (On-site).

Who We Are Looking For:

  • Education: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (Freshers are our priority!).
  • Communication: Fluency in English (Written & Verbal) is a must.
  • Skills: Proficient in MS Office and professional email etiquette.
  • Commitment: Someone who is organized and can thrive in a night shift environment.
