Admin Officer

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Admin Officer to manage all administrative operations at our software house in Johar Town. The role is responsible for ensuring smooth office functioning through effective coordination, organization, and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day administrative and office operations
  • Maintain office records, documentation, and filing systems
  • Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and support staff
  • Manage office supplies, utilities, and procurement activities
  • Assist management with scheduling, reports, and correspondence
  • Ensure compliance with office policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in administration or office management
  • Strong communication skills in English and Urdu
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and email handling
  • Professional attitude and attention to detail

Working Hours: Full-time
