Falaknaz Group of Companies is Hiring – Training & Development Executive

Falaknaz Builders, a trusted name in the real estate and construction industry, is seeking a Training & Development Executive to join our HR team. This role is ideal for a dynamic professional who is passionate about employee growth, organizational learning, and creating a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify training needs through performance reviews and feedback.
• Design, coordinate, and deliver training programs, workshops, and onboarding sessions.
• Develop engaging training materials and e-learning content.
• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness to ensure impact and relevance.
• Support career development and employee engagement initiatives.
• Maintain training calendars, reports, and compliance records.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–3 years of proven experience in Training & Development or HR.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to engage employees and drive performance improvement.
• Familiarity with modern learning methods, tools, and HR practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
