Training & Development (T&D) Coordinator

•Coordinate, refreshers, and process trainings for medical billing teams

•Manage training schedules, attendance, and communication with stakeholders

•Maintain accurate records in tracking sheets and generate reports

•Ensure 100% completion of mandatory trainings (HIPAA, policies, compliance)

•Support content updates in collaboration with SMEs (SOPs, process guides)

•Assist in audits by maintaining training documentation

•Track training effectiveness through feedback and assessments

Familiarity with LMS and Content Creation is a plus

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • 3years: 1 year (Preferred)
