Role: Training Manager – Pan India

Locations: Multiple openings across India (Metro & Tier‑II cities)

Travel: Moderate to Extensive

About the Role

We are hiring Training Managers across India to drive capability building for hotel operations teams. You will design and deliver training across service excellence, SOPs, onboarding, compliance, sales upselling, and leadership development, ensuring measurable impact on guest experience, unit performance, and people metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) across units; build quarterly learning plans.
• Create and deliver instructor-led (ILT), virtual (VILT), and on-the-job (OJT) programs; develop digital micro‑learning and SOP playbooks.
• Standardize and audit SOP adherence; facilitate pre‑opening training for new sites.
• Build trainer pipelines: certify property trainers/department champions; coach HODs.
• Track impact: post‑training evaluation (Kirkpatrick levels), quality scores, guest NPS, audit outcomes.
• Partner with HR for onboarding & compliance; with Ops for performance improvement; with QA for audits.
• Manage LMS content, learning calendars, training MIS, and dashboards.

What We’re Looking For:

• 4–10 years of experience in L&D / Operations training (hospitality/retail/QSR or similar).
• Strong facilitation & coaching skills; experience with multi‑site rollouts.
• Proven ability to convert SOPs into practical training; familiarity with LMS tools.
• Excellent communication skills
• Should be willing to travel.
• Bachelor’s/MBA (HR/Operations/Hotel Management preferred); training certifications are a plus.
