About the Role
Leaders Training Centre is hiring a highly reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive Training Operations & Compliance Coordinator to manage the core operational backbone of our training delivery.
This is a crucial and sensitive role that directly impacts training quality, compliance with awarding bodies, student experience, and internal operational efficiency. The ideal candidate must be extremely sharp, disciplined, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities with accuracy, ownership, and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage student registrations, exam bookings, batch records, attendance, and candidate documentation
- Coordinate with awarding bodies (e.g., NEBOSH, PSI, and others) and ensure full compliance with their requirements
- Handle exam processes, including PSI exam coordination, registrations, and documentation
- Verify, audit, and quality-check all documents before submission
- Maintain batch status reports, progress tracking, and attendance records
- Oversee certificate printing, verification, and controlled issuance
- Perform daily updates and monitoring on Zoho systems (Zoho Calendar, Zoho Tables, Zoho Desk)
- Raise, track, and follow up on tickets and escalations via Zoho Desk / Freshdesk
- Verify daily batch counts, cancellations, and cleaned data accuracy
- Manage Vimeo video mapping and Zoom training recordings
- Handle private session bookings and trainer coordination
- Maintain visitor registration and front-desk operational records
- Conduct floor visits and coordinate closely with trainers, sales, and operations teams
- Organize trainer meetings and internal coordination sessions
- Create and manage WhatsApp groups, add students, and send official updates
- Monitor landline calls and ensure professional communication standards
- Handle student and client queries clearly and professionally
- Perform regular stock checks (training material, certificates, stationery)
- Support document scanning, printing, and controlled administrative handling
- Ensure strict adherence to SOPs, confidentiality, compliance, and quality standards

Requirements
- Previous experience in training operations, administration, compliance, or coordination preferred
- Excellent communication skills & Fluency in English
- Experience working with awarding bodies is a strong advantage
- Comfortable using CRM / ERP systems (Zoho experience preferred)
- Immediate or short-notice joiners preferred
