Training Programs Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

  • Needs Assessment:Identifying training needs by evaluating employee performance and gaps in skills.
  • Program Design & Development:Creating and developing training programs, curricula, and instructional materials for various learning formats.
  • Implementation & Coordination:Scheduling training sessions, managing logistics, and ensuring the smooth delivery of programs.
  • Material Creation:Developing and maintaining both online and printed learning materials and resources.
  • Evaluation & Reporting:Assessing the effectiveness of training programs, gathering feedback, and reporting results to management.
  • Vendor Management:Collaborating with and managing external vendors or subcontractors for specialized training needs.
  • Onboarding:Creating and implementing onboarding training for new hires to help them integrate into the organization.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Organizational Skills:Essential for managing schedules, resources, and multiple training projects simultaneously.
  • Communication Skills:To interact effectively with employees, trainers, management, and external partners.
  • Instructional Design:Ability to understand and apply principles of adult learning to create engaging content.
  • Needs Analysis:The ability to identify skill gaps and determine appropriate training solutions.
  • Budget Management:Overseeing and managing the budget allocated for training initiatives.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,933.69 - ₹38,447.29 per month
