Key Responsibilities
- Needs Assessment:Identifying training needs by evaluating employee performance and gaps in skills.
- Program Design & Development:Creating and developing training programs, curricula, and instructional materials for various learning formats.
- Implementation & Coordination:Scheduling training sessions, managing logistics, and ensuring the smooth delivery of programs.
- Material Creation:Developing and maintaining both online and printed learning materials and resources.
- Evaluation & Reporting:Assessing the effectiveness of training programs, gathering feedback, and reporting results to management.
- Vendor Management:Collaborating with and managing external vendors or subcontractors for specialized training needs.
- Onboarding:Creating and implementing onboarding training for new hires to help them integrate into the organization.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Organizational Skills:Essential for managing schedules, resources, and multiple training projects simultaneously.
- Communication Skills:To interact effectively with employees, trainers, management, and external partners.
- Instructional Design:Ability to understand and apply principles of adult learning to create engaging content.
- Needs Analysis:The ability to identify skill gaps and determine appropriate training solutions.
- Budget Management:Overseeing and managing the budget allocated for training initiatives.
