Position: Training Specialist – Entry Level

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging training sessions on soft skills, customer service, and process knowledge
• Support Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and identify skill gaps
• Assist in developing training content, presentations, and learning materials
• Monitor trainee progress and maintain training performance reports
• Ensure effective learning through structured delivery and engagement techniques
• Coordinate with Operations and Quality teams to align training programs

Minimum Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s Degree will be preferred)

Required Skills

• Excellent communication skills in English & Urdu with clear pronunciation
• Hands-on experience in Call Center Operations
• Basic knowledge of Adult Learning Principles
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel & PowerPoint
• Good interpersonal and coordination skills
• Passion to learn, grow, and develop in the training field
• Prior experience in training, facilitation, or coaching will be an advantage
