Key Responsibilities:
A. Training Planning & Implementation
- Develop training plans aligned with project objectives.
- Conduct training sessions, workshops, and orientations for teachers and field staff.
- Prepare training materials, manuals, and session plans.
B. Capacity Building & Support
- Provide continuous on-site and remote support to teachers/staff.
- Identify learning gaps and design interventions to address them.
- Mentor and coach staff to improve performance and teaching quality.
C. Monitoring & Evaluation
- Track training effectiveness through assessments and feedback.
- Maintain records of trainings, attendance, and progress reports.
- Support monitoring visits and provide field-level insights.
D. Coordination & Reporting
- Coordinate with project teams, schools, and stakeholders.
- Submit regular reports on training activities and outcomes.
- Ensure alignment with organizational policies and project goals.
E. Material & Resource Management
- Ensure timely distribution of training and learning materials.
- Maintain inventory of training resources.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Education, Social Sciences, or relevant field.
- Experience in training delivery and field coordination (preferably in education projects).
- Strong communication and facilitation skills.
- Ability to work in field environments and manage multiple tasks.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, reporting tools).

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
