Role Overview

As a Training Facilitator in our Talent Development team, you will play a critical role in delivering impactful training and professional learning experiences to associates in the U.S. healthcare and insurance domain. You will facilitate engaging live and virtual sessions, support ongoing learner development, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure exceptional outcomes.

This role combines high-energy facilitation, individualized support, program management, and instructional refinement to meet evolving business needs. It is ideal for someone extroverted, adaptable, quick to learn, and thrives in fast-paced environments.


Key Responsibilities

Front-End (Learner-Facing)

  • Conduct live virtual webinars and interactive training sessions on systems, processes, workflows, and soft skills.
  • Facilitate role-specific onboarding, orientation, and customer-specific training for new hires.
  • Lead live call-handling and patient interaction simulations.
  • Deliver professional learning aligned with adult learning principles.
  • Conduct one-on-one check-ins to track progress and offer personalized coaching.
  • Respond promptly to learner and stakeholder queries.
  • Provide actionable feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Partner with Talent Success Managers (TSMs) and Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to resolve performance issues and risk cases.
  • Maintain open, consistent communication and proactive follow-ups with learners.

Back-End (Operational & Development)

  • Support learners in navigating certification requirements and training pathways.
  • Assign relevant resources based on job role or customer-specific needs.
  • Maintain accurate training records, track performance, and analyze feedback for trends.
  • Identify skill gaps and implement training interventions.
  • Collaborate with the Talent Development team to enhance modules, materials, and delivery.
  • Leverage technology, AI tools, and healthcare platforms (EHRs, billing systems, VOIP tools).
  • Contribute to new learning sessions on HIPAA compliance, cultural dynamics, and best practices.
  • Manage scheduling, reminders, attendance, and documentation for all sessions.
  • Report training outcomes and issues to stakeholders.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (required).
  • 3–5+ years’ experience in talent development, training delivery, facilitation, or related roles.
  • Solid understanding of U.S. healthcare workflows (patient intake, insurance, authorizations, billing, scribing) and compliance standards is preferred.
  • Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills for both live and virtual settings.
  • High energy, extroverted presence, and ability to motivate learners in dynamic environments.
  • Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency with Zoom, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and learning management systems (LMS).
  • Adaptable, organized, and quick to learn new processes and technologies.
