As Transaction Filtering Review Owner, you’ll take charge of key responsibilities that directly impact bunq’s security, compliance, and user trust.
Your key responsibilities:

  • Stop suspicious transactions before they cause harm

  • Let real payments sail through without delay

  • Use data and AI to optimise workflows and reduce manual effort

  • Keep users clearly informed whenever reviews affect their account

What you’ll work on right away:

  • Achieve and maintain a zero-backlog operation by optimising and automating Transaction Filtering processes
  • Decrease case handling times and improve Transaction Filtering agents’ overall efficiency by implementing the necessary improvements to the processes, tools, and reporting
  • Create a smooth and clear experience for both the users and employees involved in the processes


Do you have what it takes?

  • Proven expertise in managing and automating operational processes

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Understanding of and experience working with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations, sanctions lists, and other relevant legal frameworks

  • AI-first approach to streamline and scale

  • Calm, precise, and detail-obsessed under pressure
