Act as main interface with sponsors (C-Level executivs) and initiative owners (n-1 and n-2 roles) for specific workstreams, by partnering with these stakeholders to define transformation objectives, develop strategic plans, and execute initiatives.

Facilitate cross-functional collaboration helping remove implementation roadblocks and ensure full value-capture to ensure seamless implementation of transformation projects.

Help ensure the right resources and support are provided to initiative owners and their teams.

Support the CTO in creating frameworks, methodologies, and tools for effective change management.

Monitor and track project milestones, risks, financial and operational impact and the corresponding performance metrics and ensure their update in the relevant reporting and project management tools.

Analyze and report on the impact of transformation initiatives, preparing presentations for senior management and board updates.

Identify and mitigate barriers to change, fostering stakeholder buy-in and engagement.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in business, management, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in transformation, change management, or consulting roles.
  • Experience working with senior leadership and presenting to boards is a plus.
