As a Translator, your primary responsibilities include accurately translating documents and correspondence between English and Arabic, ensuring clarity, cultural sensitivity, and precision. You will also draft a variety of official and client-related documents—such as Memorandums of Association (MOAs), Powers of Attorney (POAs), contracts, and formal communications—in a professional and contextually appropriate manner.

In your role as an Administrative Assistant, you will manage the daily operations of the office to ensure smooth and efficient workflows. This includes handling company email and WhatsApp communications, answering phone calls, assisting walk-in clients, and maintaining organized filing systems and accurate records. You will also be responsible for assigning tasks to team members, printing, stamping, and preparing documents, and coordinating with clients, suppliers, and external parties.

Additionally, your duties involve liaising with government offices for approvals and submissions, ensuring compliance with UAE regulations and internal policies, and providing administrative and project support to the management team. Your contributions will be key to delivering high-quality translation, customer service, and administrative support in a timely and professional manner.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
