Role: Transport Coordinator – Supply Chain Team
Location: Indore (Onsite)

As a Transport Coordinator in our Supply Chain Team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth, efficient, and timely movement of goods across our network. Your attention to detail and coordination will directly contribute to maintaining Kimirica’s commitment to excellence and customer delight.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and monitor daily transport operations to ensure timely deliveries and pickups.
• Coordinate with transport vendors, drivers, and internal teams for seamless execution.
• Track and monitor shipments, resolving issues proactively to minimize delays.
• Maintain accurate records of transportation activities, including vehicle utilization and cost tracking.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Support supply chain efficiency through route optimization and cost-effective solutions.
• Work closely with the warehouse and logistics teams for smooth dispatch planning.

Desired Skills & Competencies

• Graduate in Supply Chain / Logistics / Commerce or related field.
• Strong understanding of transport regulations, vendor management, and documentation.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP, or logistics management software.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
