Transport Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, assign, and optimize daily driver routes to ensure timely deliveries and pickups.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, mileage, fuel consumption, and maintenance schedules.
• Monitor driver performance, attendance, and adherence to company policies..
• Track vehicle locations using GPS or fleet management systems.
• Ensure all vehicles comply with legal, safety, and maintenance requirements.
• Handle driver queries, resolve route issues, and provide operational support.
• Prepare daily/weekly transport reports for management.
• Manage transport documentation such as trip sheets, delivery notes, and logbooks.
• Hindi language is mandatory.
• UAE driving license is a plus.
