Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily scheduling and dispatch of transport vehicles.
• Supervise and guide drivers on performance and safety.
• Monitor vehicle maintenance, repairs, and service schedules.
• Track fuel consumption and control transport-related costs.
• Coordinate with warehouse to ensure timely loading/unloading.
• Ensure compliance with transport regulations and legal requirements.
• Generate and analyze transport performance and delivery reports.
• Resolve transport disruptions and optimize route planning efficiently.

Skill & Experience

• Strong leadership and team-management abilities under pressure.
• Excellent communication and coordination with multiple stakeholders.
• Good knowledge of transport regulations and compliance standards.
• Strong analytical skills for cost control and route optimization.
• Proficiency in fleet management software and MS Office tools.
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle logistics crises.
