Transport Incharge / Fleet Incharge

Team Management:Supervise and lead a team of drivers and support staff.
Assign tasks, set performance goals, and conduct regular performance evaluations.
Provide training and guidance to ensure safe and efficient operations.

Fleet Maintenance:Ensure the proper maintenance and servicing of all company vehicles.
Schedule routine inspections and repairs to keep vehicles in excellent working condition.
Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance and repairs.

Route Planning:Develop and optimize transportation routes to minimize costs and delivery times.
Monitor route efficiency and make adjustments as necessary.
Ensure compliance with traffic laws and regulations.

Safety Compliance:Enforce safety protocols and regulations to ensure the well-being of drivers and passengers.
Conduct safety training and awareness programs for drivers.
Investigate accidents and incidents, and implement corrective actions.

Cost Control:Manage transportation budgets and expenses.
Identify opportunities for cost reduction and implement cost-effective strategies.
Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle efficiency.

Inventory Management:Oversee the loading and unloading of goods, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Maintain inventory records and coordinate with the warehouse team.
Implement inventory control measures to prevent losses.

Documentation and Reporting:Maintain accurate records of transportation activities, including trip logs, delivery schedules, and driver performance.
Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to transportation.

Customer Service:Interact with customers and clients to address transportation-related inquiries and concerns.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by meeting delivery deadlines and quality standards.

Regulatory Compliance:Stay updated on transportation laws, regulations, and industry trends.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs110,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Lahore: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

• Transport: 5 years (Preferred)
