Role Purpose

Facilitate development of transport activities with development of standard tariffs / knowledge of market / Analysis of actual fleet performance. Provide Business Development (BD) and Account Management (AM) teams with competitive, customer‑ready pricing solutions to support new business acquisition and retention for existing warehouse and external customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the creation, enhancement, and maintenance of competitive transport tariffs and pricing grids, ensuring alignment with market conditions and customer needs.
• Partner closely with Account Management (AM) teams to provide commercially strong pricing solutions and proposals for new business opportunities, renewals, and upselling activities.
• Follow up of components of transport costs and pricing (own fleet + outsourcing) per product.
• Development of tariffs grids.
• AGP developed in transport activities.
• Support BD/AM in QBRs / MBRs with customers to propose transport solutions.
• Response to local transactional demands from market
• Participation to solution design of transport solutions for dedicated solutions.
• Support BD and AM with best pricing solution according to sector/product (Parcel / LTL / FTL for Domestic + Xborder).
• Relationship with sister companies to collaborate in E2E solutions.
• Analysis of actual performance vs market.
• Development and update of cost/pricing tools / model.

• Transport operations qualification - Must have.
• Diploma in Administrations/ Logistics (or a Master of Arts) Desired.
• Knowledge of transport regulations.
• People Management Skills.
• Negotiation Skills.
• Budget Management and cost controls experience.
• Ability to work in a pressurized environment.
• Knowledge of the transport business.
• 5+ years Transport Management experience
