Transportation Dispatcher

CPC Logistics is looking for a Dispatcher to work with our shared services in Houston, TX

WE REQUIRE:

• · Previous Dispatching Experience 5+ years in 3 PL environment
• TMS Experience 5+ years
• Working knowledge of DOT FMCSA HOS (hours of service).
• Working knowledge of ELD mandate. ( People Net for ELD)
• Must be able to work across multiple platforms using various management tools.
• Professional phone etiquette
• Interaction and proper communication with drivers, clients and management alike
• Filing and maintenance of documents such as DVIRs, bills of lading, etc.
• Coordinating back hauls when available
• Have a focus on customer service
• Daily scheduling of Drivers
