Transportation Manager

This is a full-time on-site role for a Transport Executive or Manager at Topper & Router in Morbi-Ahmedabad Location. The Transport Executive or Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, building relationships with customers, and driving sales growth through strategic planning and execution.

1-Efficiently responsible for the vehicle placement and tracking.

2-Handling the day-to-day operations of the road transport department

3-R & Challan and E- waybill details data entries in ERP system

4-Tracking and tracing indent trips up to destination arrival

5-Coordinating with vendors and updating vehicle documents

6-Directly visiting client place to cut LR Bility and moving vehicles from customer place

without issues

7-Collecting Pods from all vendors and submitting to Head office

8-Inspecting loads and preventing overloading

9-Upload pods and invoice in Logysis software

10-Handling the payment

11-LR & Chillan and E- waybill details and data entries in Logysis software

12-24*7 any assistance to driver and supervisor.

13-Driver recruitment and placement

14-Cordination with Fuel and cash requirement provision and management

Preferred candidate profile

• Proven work experience as a Transportation Manager, Shipping Manager or similar role
• Solid knowledge of supply chain management
• Experience preparing and tracking orders
• Familiarity with logistics software, like Logysis
• Excellent organizational skills
• Problem-solving abilities
• High school diploma
• Minimum Graduate, work in Logistics or relevant field is a advantage
• 4-8 Years of Experience.
