Job Type: Full-Time (1PM to 10 PM)

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Admin Executive to support our UK-based travel agency operations. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in a travel agency, strong administrative skills, and the ability to handle client communication before, during, and after travel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage travel and tour packages for UK clients.
  • Prepare and send invoices to customers accurately and on time.
  • Manage customer files, booking details, and payment records.
  • Provide aftercare support — assist customers while they are traveling.
  • Handle customer issues professionally and resolve them promptly.
  • Communicate with clients and suppliers via email, phone, and chat.
  • Coordinate with the UK office to ensure smooth travel operations.

Requirements:

  • Male/Female candidates are welcome to apply.
  • Experience working with a UK-based travel agency is mandatory.
  • Proficient in creating tour packages and managing bookings.
  • Strong understanding of invoice creation and customer correspondence.
  • Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Organized, responsible, and able to multitask effectively.
