Key Responsibilities:
1. Housekeeping & Maintenance Supervision
- Oversee and manage all housekeeping activities including cleaning, laundry, kitchen management, and upkeep of rooms and common areas.
- Ensure that all areas of the residence are maintained in excellent condition and cleanliness standards are consistently met.
- Monitor maintenance of furniture, fixtures, and equipment; coordinate with vendors or service providers when needed.
2. Staff Management
- Supervise and manage domestic staff (maids, cooks, gardeners, drivers, etc.).
- Prepare and monitor staff duty rosters, leaves, and attendance.
- Conduct regular briefings and ensure discipline, grooming, and professional behavior of all staff members.
3. Procurement & Inventory Control
- Maintain an updated inventory of household items, groceries, cleaning materials, and supplies.
- Handle household purchases, ensuring quality and cost efficiency.
- Keep proper records of expenditures and prepare expense summaries for review.
4. Guest & Event Management
- Assist in arranging household events, family gatherings, and guest visits.
- Ensure guests are well attended to and hospitality standards are upheld.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff and vendors for food and event arrangements.
5. Coordination & Reporting
- Serve as the key point of contact between Madam and household staff.
- Report daily activities, staff performance, and household needs to Madam.
- Ensure all instructions from Madam are properly conveyed and implemented.
6. Safety & Confidentiality
- Ensure residence security protocols are followed and safety of household members and property is maintained.
- Handle all information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
