Job Overview

we looking for a skilled and customer-focused Female Ticketing Officer to join our team in Karachi. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in airline ticketing, travel packages, and GDS systems. The candidate will be responsible for handling flight bookings, client inquiries, and complete travel arrangements while ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Book domestic and international flights using GDS systems (Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo).
• Manage ticket issuance, reissuance, refunds, and cancellations.
• Plan and sell travel packages including Hajj, Umrah, luxury, group, and international tours.
• Assist clients with visa processing guidance, travel documentation, and travel insurance.
• Provide information regarding airline policies, baggage rules, and travel regulations.
• Maintain accurate booking records and client data.
• Coordinate with airlines and suppliers for smooth operations.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly.
• Promote premium and customized travel packages to increase sales.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a travel agency or ticketing role.
• Strong command of GDS systems (Sabre, Amadeus, or Galileo).
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Good knowledge of international destinations and airline policies.
• Strong customer handling and problem-solving skills.
• Professional attitude and ability to work under pressure.
