Travel Agent - Female

Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Female Travel Agent fluent in English, with a strong background in international travel bookings and customer service. The ideal candidate will handle UK and other international clients, manage flight bookings, create travel itineraries, and provide expert travel advice to ensure a seamless client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage flight ticketing, hotel reservations, and complete travel itineraries for international clients.
• Communicate professionally via phone, email, and chat with UK-based and global customers.
• Provide accurate information on destinations, visa requirements, travel regulations, and packages.
• Offer personalized travel solutions and recommendations to meet client preferences and budgets.
• Maintain long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Collaborate with airlines, tour operators, and travel partners to secure the best deals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
• 2–3 years of experience in travel agency operations, international bookings, or tourism.
• Excellent English communication (spoken & written) and professional phone etiquette.
• Female candidates only.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work evening shifts (3 PM – 11 PM).
• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of travel booking systems like Galileo, Amadeus, or Sabre is a plus.
