Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled professional to join our Customer Service & Reservation team .

This role is pivotal in ensuring exceptional service delivery, smooth travel arrangements, and effective internal and external coordination.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational abilities, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding client experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Travel Coordination

  • Liaise with clients and members to confirm preferred travel dates and arrangements.

  • Coordinate with hotel reservations to secure bookings according to client needs.

Internal Coordination

  • Collaborate across departments to maintain smooth operations.

  • Serve as a link between teams to facilitate communication and resolve issues promptly.

Primary Point of Contact

  • Act as the main liaison between the operations team and members, ensuring regular updates and quick problem resolution.

Administrative Duties

  • Prepare accurate reports and maintain up-to-date records of travel plans, communications, and departmental activities.

Customer Service

  • Respond to client inquiries and provide exceptional service to enhance satisfaction.

  • Address concerns efficiently and escalate when needed.

Operational Support

  • Assist with daily operational tasks to meet departmental objectives.

  • Identify and recommend process improvements for greater efficiency.

Desired Skill & Expertise
  • Trilingual (Arabic , French and English is a must).
  • Previous experience in Hotels Reservations , customer service or travel coordination roles is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and effectively prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
