Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of daily inbound calls (approx. 50 per day) with professionalism and courtesy.
- Handle service-related queries in a polite, customer-focused manner.
- Actively listen to customer needs, provide accurate information, and deliver tailored travel solutions.
- Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in all customer interactions and transactions.
- Build and nurture long-term customer relationships through clear and open communication.
- Share detailed information about our holiday homes and services confidently.
- Resolve customer concerns by providing effective solutions within defined timelines, and ensure timely follow-up until resolution.
- Collaborate with team members, demonstrating eagerness to learn and contribute to a positive work environment.

Pay: ₹16,529.91 - ₹25,500.57 per month
