Travel Consultant

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Travel Consultant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will handle client travel requirements, provide professional advice, and ensure smooth travel arrangements tailored to customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with travel planning, including flights, hotels, holiday packages, and transportation.
  • Provide expert advice on destinations, visa requirements, and travel insurance.
  • Handle reservations, ticketing, reissues, cancellations, and refunds.
  • Create customized itineraries for leisure and corporate clients.
  • Maintain strong relationships with airlines, hotels, and other travel partners.
  • Manage client queries via phone, email, and in person.
  • Ensure compliance with travel regulations and company policies.
  • Upsell travel products and services to meet sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience as a Travel Consultant in the UAE.
  • Proficiency in GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre).
  • Strong knowledge of international destinations and travel procedures.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Bilingual (English & Arabic) preferred.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
