Job Purpose
Responsible for assisting passengers with booking tickets, checking in for flights, providing information, and addressing customer inquiries at the counter through GDS systems (Amadeus & Galileo). This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities

Assist customers with ticket bookings, cancellations, and flight changes.

Provide information on flight schedules, fares, and travel policies.

Perform check-in duties, including verifying passenger identification, issuing boarding passes, and
managing luggage check-in.

Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent customer service.

Follow all security and safety guidelines while handling customer data and boarding procedures.
Dimensions
Personal Qualities:

Strong understanding of airline ticketing rules and GDS systems, fare structures, and travel
regulations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.

Customer-focused mindset with a passion for enhancing client experiences.
Education
-
Bachelor’s degree in Travel and Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
Experience
-
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Ticketing department
-
Previous experience with airline reservation systems Amadeus and Galileo (both Advanced & Basic) or travel booking platforms is highly preferred.

Knowledge of check-in and boarding procedures is beneficial.
