key responsibilities

• Creating quotations and tailor-made proposals for FIT and group clients
• Negotiating rates with suppliers
• Preparing costings and professional client quotes
• Supporting bookings and confirmations
• Invoicing clients and handling follow-ups
• Helping ensure a smooth operational flow for each file

Qualifications

• Fluent French Speaker ( English Literacy is a Plus )
• Organized, smart, dynamic and proactive
• Able to think on their feet and work independently
• Minimum 3 years Experience required
