We’re Expanding Our Travel Team!
Travel Guru is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Travel Operations Executive who can independently handle visa applications, flight bookings, and end-to-end travel coordination.

If you already have hands-on exposure in a travel agency and can manage clients professionally — this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle complete visa application workflows (documentation, submission, follow-ups)
• Process international & domestic flight bookings including re-issuance and cancellations
• Arrange hotel accommodations through global platforms
• Design custom travel plans and itineraries based on client needs
• Liaise with airlines, embassies, and travel vendors
• Manage urgent travel requests with quick turnaround time
• Keep accurate records of bookings, visas, and client data

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience in travel consultancy / visa processing / ticketing
• Working knowledge of any GDS platform (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo)
• Understanding of international travel regulations & visa procedures
• Strong communication and client handling skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple cases

Preferred Candidates

• Background in a travel agency or tour operations company
• Available for immediate joining
