Travel Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented Travel Coordinator to support our team by managing travel logistics for employees. This role is responsible for coordinating transportation and lodging while ensuring clear communication between travelers and vendors. The ideal candidate is highly organized, professional in communication, and comfortable managing multiple administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Arrange flights, ground transportation, and lodging for team members.
• Serve as a liaison between travel vendors and travelers to quickly resolve any issues that arise
• Communicate with employees and supervisors with professionalism, clarity, and accuracy
• Assist with clerical duties such as entering service time in SAP, creating service orders, tracking Canadian travel, and providing backup support to scheduling and invoicing when needed

• High school diploma required
• At least 1 year of administrative or customer service experience
• Experience with Concur is required
• SAP experience is helpful but not required
• Strong computer skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills
• Customer-focused mindset
• Working knowledge of travel coordination or travel industry practices
• Negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks
