Travel Industry Supervisor \ Tead lead \ Manager (US Based)

Job Description:

We are a leading UK-based travel agency seeking an experienced Supervisor \ Team Lead \ Manager to manage and oversee all aspects of our Sales & operations. The ideal candidate must have proven experience working with flight bookings, Umrah, Hajj, B2B, GDS systems (such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo), and leading a team in a busy travel agency environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support the sale and operation team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
• Handle complex itineraries, group bookings, and last-minute travel requests
• Coordinate with airlines and consolidators for fare contracts and special deals
• Monitor performance and quality assurance of booking processes
• Resolve escalated issues related to flight changes, cancellations, or reissuances
• Ensure compliance with IATA and agency standards
• Train new staff and conduct refresher training for the existing team
• Prepare flight sales reports and productivity analysis for management

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar flights or ticketing supervisory role
• Hands-on expertise with GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of international and domestic airline booking rules
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

• IATA or relevant travel qualification
• Experience in Umrah/Hajj flight arrangements
• B2B and B2C Expert

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
