Travel Mobile Wound Care Provider NP/PA Needed!

Job Overview
We’re currently seeking a highly motivated Travel Mobile Wound Care Provider (NP/PA) to join our expanding clinical team. Our team of specialized clinicians serves a growing need for advanced wound care in underserved populations.

Position Summary:

As a Travel Mobile Wound Care Provider (NP/PA), you will provide expert wound assessment, treatment, and care planning in patient homes and contracted care facilities across your assigned travel region. You’ll work autonomously to ensure patients receive comprehensive, evidence-based wound management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Travel to contracted care facilities and patient homes to provide wound assessments, treatment, and follow-up care
• Ability to stay overnights as required
• Develop and implement individualized wound care plans based on clinical evaluations
• Perform debridement, application of advanced wound dressings, and other cutting-edge therapeutic procedures
• Educate patients, families, and facility staff on wound prevention and care
• Document care using EHR in compliance with regulatory and billing standards
• Collaborate with our home health and facility partners to coordinate optimal care plans
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of wound care best practices, products, and protocols
• Always maintain open lines of communication with clinical and operational leadership

Qualifications:

• Current Nurse Practitioner (NP)/ Physician Assistant (PA) license in one or more of the following states: Oklahoma-Texas-Kansas-Missouri or a willingness to obtain
• Board Certification
• Wound care certification (preferred) or willingness to obtain!
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in wound care (preferred)
• Strong clinical judgment and independent decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities
• DEA license or the ability to obtain within 30 days of employment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
