Job Summary

We are a growing travel agency specializing in travel bookings, UAE visa services, and holiday packages. We are looking for a Travel Operations Specialist – Ticketing & Holidays to manage UAE visa processing, flight ticketing, holiday bookings, and inbound customer enquiries in a professional and structured manner.

Arabic language proficiency is mandatory for this role.

Key Responsibilities

UAE Visa Processing

  • Handle UAE tourist visas (30 / 60 days), visa extensions, and visa change (bus/flight).
  • Verify client documents and eligibility in line with UAE immigration regulations.
  • Coordinate visa submissions, tracking, and timely status updates.
  • Identify and escalate high-risk cases (overstay, fines, immigration restrictions).
  • Ensure complete documentation and avoid verbal commitments.

Flight Ticketing

  • Manage domestic and international flight bookings.
  • Issue, reissue, and cancel tickets as required.
  • Check fares, availability, and confirm payments.
  • Maintain accurate booking records and PNR details.

Holiday Packages & Hotel Bookings

  • Handle holiday enquiries, staycations, and hotel bookings.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and DMCs.
  • Prepare quotations using approved company templates.
  • Manage booking confirmations and travel vouchers.

Lead Handling & Customer Coordination

  • Manage inbound and outbound leads via WhatsApp, website, phone calls, and CRM.
  • Respond to customer enquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Understand customer travel requirements and qualify leads.
  • Coordinate internally to convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
  • Update lead status, notes, and follow-ups accurately in the system.

Client Communication

  • Communicate with clients via approved WhatsApp, email, and CRM channels.
  • Handle Arabic-speaking clients confidently and professionally.
  • Provide clear, accurate, and factual updates to customers.

Systems & Compliance

  • Work within WhatsApp CRM and internal booking systems.
  • Maintain proper case notes and records.
  • Follow company SOPs and compliance guidelines.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in UAE visa processing.
  • Experience in flight ticketing (Amadeus / Galileo / Sabre preferred).
  • Experience handling holiday packages and hotel bookings.
  • Strong experience in customer enquiries and lead handling.
  • Fluency in Arabic (spoken & written)
  • Good English communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and customer service orientation.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
