Description

American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for an Emergency Department position requiring ACLS, BLS, and PALS, with floating between the ED and Med/Surg units.

Details

• Works in the Emergency Department of a hospital setting, with required floating to the Med/Surg unit
• Patient ratio of 1:4
• 12-hour day shifts, 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM, three shifts per week
• Weekend rotation required every third weekend
• No on-call responsibilities
• EMR: Cerner

Requirements

• Active CO RN license or compact RN license currently in hand
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS
• TNCC preferred but not required
• Experience in both Emergency Department and Med/Surg nursing required
• Two supervisory references (Supervisor, Manager, or Director) preferred for consideration

Additional Information

• Candidate must be comfortable floating between the Emergency Department and Med/Surg unit
