Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Labor & Delivery position requiring a CA RN license, at least 3 years of experience, and availability for night shifts with every other weekend coverage.

Details

• Labor & Delivery unit in a hospital setting
• Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts, 6:30 PM – 7:00 AM
• Every other weekend required
• Floating to serve as a sitter or provide helping hands to other departments is required during low census
• Epic EMR experience preferred

Requirements

• Active CA RN license required
• Current certifications required: BLS, NRP, and Advanced Fetal Monitoring
• Minimum 3 years of Labor & Delivery RN experience required
• Prior travel experience is not required
• 2 supervisor references from within the past two years required for consideration

Additional Information

• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to qualify for travel pay rates
• Previous employees of this health system must have been separated for at least 1 year before returning as a traveler
• Only one holiday RTO request will be approved for the duration of the contract
