American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for an Intermediate Care (Telemetry) position in Colorado, requiring at least 1 year of telemetry experience and an active CO or compact RN license.

Intermediate Care unit in a hospital setting

12-hour evening shifts (12 PM start)

36 hours per week, 3 days per week

Full-time, 13-week contract

Epic EMR used for charting

Floating to other departments may be required based on business need

On-call during regularly scheduled shifts may be required

Active CO or compact RN license required — no pending licenses

Minimum 1 year of telemetry or intermediate care nursing experience required

Certifications required: BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA) — must not expire prior to assignment start

Associate's degree in Nursing (ASN) required; BSN preferred

English proficiency required (speak, read, write)

DOB and last 4 digits of SSN required for consideration

2 verifiable references required

Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates nursing care for intermediate care patients

Performs health teaching, counseling, and reviews and monitors therapy and treatment plans

Executes delegated medical functions and refers patients as needed for further evaluation or treatment

Documents in accordance with hospital and regulatory guidelines using Epic

Former permanent staff must have been separated from any Intermountain facility for at least one year to be eligible
