Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Travel Consultant to specialize in cruise sales, holiday packages, and travel to the United States. The ideal candidate will have a passion for travel, excellent communication skills, and a strong background in travel consulting or sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on cruise options, US travel itineraries, and holiday packages.
• Manage end-to-end booking processes including flights, hotels, excursions, and travel insurance.
• Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after travel.
• Stay updated with current travel trends, visa regulations, and promotions.
• Achieve sales targets and maintain accurate records of bookings and customer interactions.

Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field is a plus.

Skills:

• Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of travel destinations, travel regulations, and booking systems.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
