Travel Sales Coordinator (Female)

We are looking for a Tourism Follow-Up Executive (Female) to join our growing tourism team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling client inquiries, following up on leads, and supporting bookings for tours and travel services while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow up with tourism leads via phone calls, WhatsApp, and emails
• Handle customer inquiries related to tour packages, visas, and travel services
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth booking and service delivery
• Maintain accurate client records and follow-up status
• Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings
• Provide post-sales support and maintain long-term client relationships
• Achieve monthly follow-up and sales targets

Requirements:

• Female candidate preferred
• Previous experience in tourism, travel, or customer service is an advantage
• Good communication skills in English (Arabic/Hindi is a plus)
• Ability to handle multiple clients and follow-ups efficiently
• Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools
• Positive attitude, persuasive skills, and target-oriented mindset
