Sales Specialist – Hotel Sales (French or German Speaker with Hotel Experience)

EUROPEAN NATIONALITIES WITH HOTEL BACKGROUND

As Sales Specialist at our hotel, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth through active selling of guest rooms, meetings & events, and hotel services. You will build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients, travel partners, and group organisers, contributing to the achievement of the hotel’s sales targets and business strategy. You will also support the Sales & Marketing team with market analysis, proposal development, and contract negotiations to maximise profitability and enhance guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Revenue Generation

  • Actively pursue new business opportunities to meet and exceed sales and revenue targets.
  • Sell hotel rooms, meeting spaces, events, and other services to corporate, group, and leisure clients.
  • Prepare and deliver tailored proposals, quotations, and sales presentations.
  • Respond promptly to incoming sales enquiries and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
  • Conduct sales calls, site visits, and client presentations to showcase hotel offerings.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Conduct regular follow‑ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Represent the hotel professionally in meetings, networking events, and industry functions.
  • Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.

Market Strategy & Collaboration

  • Support the implementation of sales strategies and action plans to increase market share.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and relevant industry developments.
  • Collaborate with revenue management, marketing, reservations, and operations teams to align pricing, promotions, and distribution strategies.
  • Provide feedback on market conditions to contribute to strategic planning.

Reporting & Administration

  • Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and client information in the CRM system.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports highlighting progress, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to contract preparation, follow‑up, and documentation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
