Travel and Tourism office Manager

Profile Summary:

As the Travel and Tourism Company Manager I oversee the full spectrum of travel operations, from corporate and leisure bookings to vendor management and team leadership. With a deep understanding of the UAE travel market and international tourism trends, I ensure top-tier service delivery, client satisfaction, and operational efficiency. I specialize in designing customized travel solutions, managing high-volume corporate accounts, and maintaining strong partnerships with airlines, hotels, and consulates.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage all the activities across all Company departments.

Manage corporate travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, visas, and transport.

Manage Social Media Team

Handle VIP and executive client bookings with attention to detail and discretion.

Negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive rates and exclusive deals.

Oversee visa processing for various countries and ensure proper documentation.

Plan and execute group tours, incentive travel, and business delegations.

Maintain strong client relationships and provide personalized service.

Monitor market trends and adjust travel offerings to meet client needs.

Skills & Tools:

GDS Systems: Amadeus,

Strong knowledge of Schengen, UK, US, and GCC visa requirements

CRM systems and client account handling

Team management and training

Multi-lingual communication (if applicable)

Exceptional problem-solving and crisis management

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a team of travel consultants and support staff.

Coordinate and monitor all business travel bookings (flights, hotels, transport, etc.).

Ensure compliance with corporate travel policies and budgets.

Build and maintain relationships with airlines, hotels, and travel service providers.

Handle escalated travel issues and resolve client concerns.

Provide regular travel reports and cost-saving strategies to management.

Stay updated with industry trends and travel advisories.

Train new staff and ensure ongoing development of the travel team.

Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of GDS systems (e.g., Amadeus).

Excellent leadership and organizational skills.

Proven experience in corporate travel management.

Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
