The ideal candidate is someone with previous dental experience and a passion for helping people achieve their smile goals!

This is a high-volume practice, and we are looking for pleasant front office team member to join our team.

Job Description:

• Present treatment plans and discuss financial options with patients
• Verify insurance and process claims
• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Manage patient accounts and phone inquiries
• Collaborate with the front desk team to ensure a seamless patient experience

Schedule:

• Monday: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Tuesday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Wednesday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM
• 1/Saturday a month: 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM

Requirements:

• Must have 3+ years experience in dental field
• Must be organized, detail-oriented, and highly reliable
• A positive, professional demeanor with great communication skills
