Treatment Coordinator--Orthodontics

What You’ll Do

As a Treatment Coordinator, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional first impression for new patients and helping them feel confident moving forward with orthodontic treatment.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Greeting new patients and creating a warm, genuine connection
  • Guiding patients and parents through the orthodontic consultation process
  • Clearly explaining treatment options and helping patients understand the benefits of starting treatment
  • Presenting financial options and finalizing treatment acceptance
  • Managing insurance benefits and helping families maximize their coverage
  • Communicating with patients via phone, email, and text in a friendly and professional manner
  • Taking clinical records including digital photographs and intraoral scans
  • Taking diagnostic X-rays (or obtaining licensure with our support)
  • Helping maintain strong referral relationships and contributing to practice growth
  • Delivering the Legendary Gluck Experience to every patient and family

Who We’re Looking For

We are seeking a high-energy, relationship-driven professional who loves connecting with people and helping them say “yes” to a life-changing smile.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys consultative sales, building trust with families, and confidently guiding patients through the decision to begin orthodontic treatment.

  • A self-starter who takes initiative and makes smart, timely decisions that benefit both the patient and the practice
  • Comfortable discussing treatment plans, financial arrangements, and insurance benefits
  • Marketing and referral-minded, always looking for ways to strengthen relationships and grow the practice
  • Tech-savvy with strong computer literacy (practice management software, Microsoft Office, etc.)

Sales experience and dental or orthodontic experience are a big plus.

Compensation & Benefits

  • $22–$28/hour + Bonus opportunities
  • 34–36 hours/week
