Treatment Coordinator (PEABODY)

Position Overview
We are seeking a professional and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. This rose is vital in creating a welcoming environment for clients and visitors while ensuring smooth office operations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency with various office management tools. Experience with multi-line phone systems, Microsoft Office, and customer service is essential. Bilingual skills are a plus, as well as familiarity with medical or dental receptionist duties. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic office setting where attention to detail and professionalism are highly valued. Previous experience in a dental office is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors and clients warmly, providing exceptional customer service
  • Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and professionally
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendar arrangements using Google Workspace or similar
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and mail processing
  • Assist with office management tasks such as supply inventory and document proofreading
  • Support administrative functions including bookkeeping, billing, or QuickBooks entry if applicable
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area to ensure a professional environment
  • Provide support for administrative staff and perform clerical duties as needed
  • Uphold phone etiquette standards when communicating with clients and staff

Qualifications

  • Preferred Dental Experience (Open Dental a plus)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent time management capabilities
  • Experience with multi-line phone systems
  • Exceptional customer service skills with professional phone etiquette
  • Ability to handle data entry accurately and efficiently; typing speed preferred
  • Previous office or clerical experience, including medical or dental receptionist roles, is preferred
  • Knowledge of bookkeeping or personal assistant responsibilities is a plus
  • Strong proofreading skills to ensure accuracy in all communications
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
