About Us: Transit Dispatch is a growing company providing truck dispatching services that ensure the timely and efficient transportation of freight across the country. We are seeking motivated and experienced Sales Agents and Truck Dispatchers to join our team and help us expand our client base while maintaining excellent dispatch operations.

Job Responsibilities:

For Sales Agents:

• Identify and pursue potential clients needing dispatch services.
• Build and maintain relationships with trucking companies and drivers.
• Present and promote company services to new clients.
• Meet and exceed sales targets by closing new business deals.
• Provide clients with quotes, negotiate contracts, and finalize agreements.

For Truck Dispatchers:

• Coordinate and manage truck drivers to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.
• Communicate effectively with drivers, brokers, and clients to address any issues.
• Use dispatch software to plan routes, schedule loads, and track shipments.
• Negotiate rates with brokers to ensure maximum profitability.
• Monitor compliance with regulations and safety standards.
• Ensure proper documentation of dispatch operations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a sales agent, dispatcher, or in a related logistics field.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of the trucking industry and dispatch procedures.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with dispatch software (preferred but not required).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
