Truck Dispatch - Sales Representative

We are looking for a motivated and goal-oriented Truck Dispatch – Sales Representative to become part of our growing team. This position is centered around generating new business by reaching out to owner-operators and trucking companies across the USA and onboarding them to our dispatch services. It is a great fit for individuals with strong communication skills who are confident working in a sales-driven, performance-based environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct cold calls to owner-operators and trucking companies across the USA
  • Promote and sell truck dispatch services effectively
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Negotiate service terms and successfully close deals
  • Keep accurate records of leads, calls, and follow-ups
  • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets
  • Coordinate with the dispatch team after onboarding clients

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: 40,000 – 60,000 PKR per month
  • Commission: (Up to 15,000 PKR per active sale)

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Prior experience in sales, call center, or truck dispatch is preferred
  • Strong English communication skills (Required)
  • Confident, persuasive, and target-driven personality
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced work environment
  • Basic knowledge of the U.S. trucking industry is a plus
  • Must be willing to work onsite
