Truck Dispatcher

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position for a Truck Dispatcher. The role involves overseeing and arranging trucking operations, maintaining communication with drivers and customers, monitoring shipments, and ensuring prompt deliveries. The Truck Dispatcher will also be responsible for administrative duties and keeping precise documentation.

Salary Structure
Skilled Dispatchers: PKR 40,000 to PKR 60,000 base salary (based on prior experience) plus commission

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Capability to handle multiple tasks and manage priorities effectively
• Understanding of logistics, transportation, and supply chain procedures
• Familiarity with dispatch software and GPS tracking systems
• Excellent analytical skills with keen attention to detail
• Prior experience in trucking or logistics preferred
• Minimum of high school education; professional certifications are an advantage

Pay
Up to PKR 60,000.00 per month
10% of gross commission
